Our store is in Bangalore, India. All orders will be shipped out from Bangalore.

Yes we ship worldwide. We Ship all over India Domestically and also all across the Globe

In general, our products are shipped within the broad range of 1 to 14 working days. Most equipment ships out in 1-4 days. However being a Cricket Store, sometimes products may show as available on the website and may go out of stock in store, in such rare cases we procure the equipment and ship it out. This process may take 7-14 days.

Delivery anywhere within India normally takes 2-3 days. However some states like Jammu and Kashmir and North East India may take longer – 5-8 days. For international Orders it takes 5-7 days to deliver once items are shipped.

For domestic orders we use Blue Dart and Dtdc. For some pincodes which are not serviceable we use India Post. For International orders we use DHL

Cutoms Duty are charged by customs officials at the destination. Duty if charged will be intimated to the customer by the customs department through phone / email. Crown Cricketer DO NOT take any responsibility of the duty charged to the customer.

Crown Cricketer has built its reputation and customer base over the years by providing quality equipment, personal customer service and timely worldwide delivery. We are listed as Authorised Dealers of all cricket brands on their respective websites. We are known to be a popular cricket store in Bangalore and have customers all across the globe. We offer amazing discounts in store and on our website. We do not price match with websites who are not authorised dealers of all popular brands.

We do not take returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. If there is a problem with the product, you may reach out to us on sales@crowncricketer.com and the product will be exchanged.

Cricket Equipment is subject to wear and tear. No Manufacturer gives warranty for wear and tear. If you receive a damaged product do reach out to us with sufficient proof within 48 hours of you receiving the product. For Cricket bats, minor edge cracks and toe damages are not covered under warranty. If a bat breaks into two, or cracks across the face within 6 months of purchase, you will have to send the bat back to crown cricketer. We will then follow up with the bat maker and request for a replacement. The final decision of a replacement is completely the manufacturers.
